Hi, I’m Dr. Paige Harrison.
I’m a physician with triple board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Integrative Medicine, and Obesity Medicine, and fellowship training through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.
I was born and raised in Western Maryland and attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed my internship and residency training at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, where I continue to practice.
From the beginning of my medical training, I was drawn to a more holistic and patient-centered approach to care. Osteopathic medicine emphasized what I intuitively felt to be true — that healing happens when we look at the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.
I believe each person carries an innate ability to heal, and sometimes what’s needed is thoughtful guidance, space, and clarity. My role is to be an advocate and partner for my patients as they navigate their health with intention and confidence.
A visit with me begins by identifying your goals and taking a comprehensive look at your health — including medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, emotional well-being, supplementation, and environmental factors. From there, we create an individualized plan that aligns with your values and supports your body in a sustainable way.
I also offer specialized testing including genetic and stool testing.
I look forward to working with you.
