  • I am out of network with commercial insurance plans. This allows me to provide longer, more personalized visits without the restrictions of in-network billing.

    Because I am a triple board-certified physician, many patients receive partial or full reimbursement for their visits, depending on their specific insurance plan. I’m happy to provide a Superbill for submission to your carrier. You may also use FSA or HSA funds for eligible services.

    Please note that I do not currently see patients with Medicare.

  • I am accepting a small number of patients to my integrative primary care practice on a case-by-case basis.

  • Traditional medicine often focuses on managing symptoms. My approach looks at why symptoms are happening—considering lifestyle, nutrition, hormones, metabolism, stress, genetics, and environment—so we can create a plan that supports long-term health, not just short-term fixes.

  • Initial appointments are 90 minutes and follow up appointments are 45 minutes.

  • Yes. When clinically appropriate, I may order conventional laboratory testing as well as specialized functional or genetic testing. Imaging may also be ordered when indicated. Coverage and pricing vary depending on the test and your insurance plan.

  • Yes. When appropriate, supplements and medications may be prescribed as part of a comprehensive care plan. This may include hormone therapy, metabolic medications (such as GLP-1 therapies), or other compounded or traditional prescriptions based on your individual needs.

  • Yes. Currently, I am only seeing patients in Maryland.

  • Yes. With your permission, I am happy to collaborate with your other healthcare providers to support coordinated, comprehensive care.
